At Carolina Gym Supply, we stand behind the quality of our gymnastics equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for most standard items.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our North Carolina warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
